Home: About

Our mission is to build stronger people—physically, mentally, and professionally—through disciplined training, purposeful coaching, and a culture of accountability. We provide a focused, private environment dedicated to developing strength and power while supporting rehabilitation, injury resilience, and long-term performance.

We believe training is a tool for personal betterment. Every member is challenged to improve, take ownership of their progress, and contribute to a community grounded in respect, work ethic, and continuous growth.

Our Core Values

Extreme Ownership

We take full responsibility for our effort, our progress, and our environment. No excuses, just adjustments.

The Resilient Mindset

We view setbacks and injuries as opportunities to rebuild stronger. We prioritize longevity over short-term ego.

Continuous Ascension

Growth is a lifelong pursuit. We remain students of our craft, always seeking the next level of strength and capability.

Purposeful Intensity

Every rep and every coaching cue has a "why." We don't move for the sake of moving; we train to improve.

Quiet Professionalism

We maintain a focused, private environment. We speak through our work ethic and respect the goals of those training beside us.

About Ryan

The majority of my life, I have been involved in fitness in some form. As a young kid, I began playing football, continued throughout high school,  and I was always in the weight room training. After high school, I immediately joined the Army where I continued my fitness journey but focused more on endurance training. I helped mentor and train soldiers and was in charge of special populations physical training as well. I left the Army and began college where I lost my focus on fitness for while. I received my degree in Aeronautics and spent the next few years concentrating on my career in aviation while still working out as a past time. I met my wife in the gym and we fueled each other's passion for fitness. We fell in love with powerlifting and I received my coaching certifications in powerlifting from USPA and USAPL. We also fell in love with helping others realize their potential in any fitness avenue they want to be in. Whether it is general fitness or sport specific, we thoroughly enjoy working with people to help them  see and reach their potential.

About Amberly

I definitely don't have the typical background of most athletes involved in the sport of powerlifting. I was homeschooled and only played tee-ball when I was really young. I became overweight when I was in my late teens and early twenties, reaching close to 200lbs at 5'2". It wasn't until my mid twenties that I discovered fitness and embarked on a life changing journey losing 70lbs. I became passionate about fitness and inspiring others to achieve their goals. In 2018 my husband and I were introduced to powerlifting. We fell in love with the sport and haven't looked back. I decided to pursue my passion and obtain my USAPL Coaching Certification and NASM Personal Trainer Certification. To take it a step further, Ryan and I wanted to take the knowledge we've gained and knoweledge we continue to receive and create a close community environment for all to take part, in order for each person to continue individual and public growth.
